  • Reset when things get overwhelming

Over time, they learn how to stay calm, even under pressure.

One of the first things we teach is how to tap, not just to avoid injury, but as a way to say:

  • "This is too much."

  • "I need to pause."

  • "Let’s reset."

Tapping helps students feel empowered, not embarrassed, to set limits. It builds confidence, boundaries, and emotional intelligence.
